What is LEV Testing?
The HSE COSHH (2002) legislation concerning the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health requires LEV systems to be tested at least every 14 months.
The legislation states that businesses must take steps to prevent, control, maintain and monitor fume, dust and vapour exposure in the workplace, as laid out in Regulation 9.
There are UNLIMITED fines for failure to comply with COSHH regulations.
